Parker-Evans Custom Builders, originally known as Parker House Inc, is a family company started in 1973 by Dan Parker.

Over the years, Parker House has built a reputation for constructing luxury custom homes in Houston. Andrew Evans, Dan Parker’s son-in-law, joined Parker House in 2006 as a project manager and became Vice President in 2009. Dan retired in 2015, and Andrew purchased Parker House, becoming President and Owner.

To honor the past and embrace the future, Andrew Evans changed the name to Parker-Evans Custom Builders.
